Unopened Products
You can return unopened item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Your item must be returned in its original unopened condition. The refund amount will only be for the product cost as shown on the receipt, shipping charges are non-refundable. We do ask that the customer cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Product
Please inspect your product immediately upon receiving it for any defects and ensure the correct product has arrived.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email at purchases@hangar76.ca . Pictures of the product showing issues will be requested.
Opened Products
Due to obvious health concerns, opened packages will not be accepted for a return/refund.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at purchases@hangar76.ca . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded the original purchase price minus cost of return shipping on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Criteria for a Refund
The product must arrive at our location free from any damage or wear. Labels must be clear and unobstructed including LOT number and date. The package must retain the original seal and no evidence of tampering. Pictures of the product prior to return shipping may be requested.
Hangar 76 Inc. is not responsible in the event of theft of packages and no refund will be possible.
